We have been having brown outs a lot lately. We have had a drought of sorts and since the hydro electric plant can't produce enough electricity because the water in the lake is low they shut us off every day for two hours. Actually that's what they say but it's actually not been every day which is nice. So Dad has these glow sticks left over from OE and whenever we have a brownout at night, he gets them out and the kids can play with them and then take them to bed with them. It's actually a wonderful treat and makes us all not dread the brown outs quite so much. Although life without a fan or AC here is just downright miserable!
