We had local elections on Marcela's birthday. It was amazing because there are billboards or more like pieces of paper tacked up over and over on every surface known to man. And then there were several parades through the area but all they did was holler on the bullhorn. Nothing interesting to watch but they had a whole caravan of cars, sorta like they felt proud to travel with the person running. totally different than the expensive way people run back home but it's just different. This was a really small election too. I put on a video too! Enjoy it's jeepneys in action!
