Thanksgiving
One of my students gave me a Thanksgiving treat. Kimbap. It was given to me on Thanksgiving day but I think that just happened to be the day they gave it to me. They don't celebrate Thanksgiving in South Korea. Kimbap is rice, egg, various vegetables, meat (crab in this case), wrapped in a sheet of seaweed. I really enjoy kimbap (usually)!
