Leaving, on a jet plane!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well Today is May 29th and we are leaving today to return to the US!! But by the time you read this we'll already have left since we are at least 12 hour ahead of most of you. Here's our schedule.
10:05 am our flight from Davao to Manila leaves:1 hour 50 min
6:50 pm our flight from Manila to Dubai leaves: 8 hours 45 min
2:45 am our flight from Dubai to Dallas leaves:16 hours 20 min
Total duration of the trip (leaving our house and arriving at my parent's house): 38.5 hours
We had a couple choices. We decided to go this route because for one, we get to stop in Dubai which is sort of awesome but also because it had fewer legs. And I think we'd rather just hunker down and take a super long flight as opposed to get on and off and on and off. And with 3 kids, that just seems easier.
I'll let you know after we do it, if it truly was easier. See you soon!!!!!!! We can't wait.
