Boat Trips

We were back here in Davao for 2 weeks before school started.  We always try our best to allow a little time to adjust to the time change.  Think daylight savings times 13!!  That takes awhile to manage.  We also want to be ready for school which can take longer than others depending on what classes we are teaching and how much warning we have.

But the other thing is for fun fun fun!

Friends of ours had a visitor return with them from the US after the summer and wanted to take a boat trip.  Thankfully, they let us tag along!  We absolutely love the ocean and are so blessed to get to live near such amazing water and coral!

And of course, a day in the sun is always amazing too!  Reg got his fair share of napping/swimming/fun himself.

The day was amazing!  Partly sunny and gently breezy.  Not too much current and not too much stinging plankton.  It was nearly the perfect day.  Sadly, I got fried!  So I shouldn't complain about life in the Philippines.  It can be grand!!

Millions of thanks to those of you who help keep us here!
