This is something that we haven't seen very many times. This house has woven walls so it's not even made out of cement but if you look at the left side of the photo this house has a satellite dish. Somehow it just struck me as funny. People certainly have their priorities.
Here is a house over the water built on stilts. Don't think it would survive a tsunami that is for sure.
